When we were contacted by you and we were considering relocating to Virginia, you spoke to us and within a few days we had the information on your relocation services and we were contacted by an agent in the area we were looking in.
During the time our home was for sale, we were extremely satisfied with the extensive amoung of advertising and showings that resulted from your marketing efforts.  You even arranged three open houses.  You were always available either in your office or by pager.  You always returned my calls within minutes.
